Vitadio is a prescription mobile app that has been proven to help people with type 2 diabetes improve their condition through lifestyle changes.

Vitadio is also the first digital therapeutic for the treatment and prevention of type 2 diabetes on the German market.

Our team currently consists of more than 40 employees from all over Europe and we are looking to expand our German team with the new role of Medical Patient Caregiver hours/week). The role includes onboarding new patients in our study center and documenting their progress.

Your tasks:

Caring for people with type 2 diabetes. You will work with the study team and communicate with the
study participants. This includes assisting with
anthropometric measurements, filling out
questionnaires, and possibly other data collection methods. You will also support data collection and documentation in electronic systems.
You will help our patients with the
first steps in our Vitadio app.
You will ensure that all
consumables needed for the study are available and used properly.
You will
support the organization of the study team, such as scheduling appointments or meetings, communicating with study participants, and maintaining good relationships with other stakeholders involved in the study.
