Preferred Qualifications

Role Purpose

The licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) offers specialized occupational therapy services to patients, covering all aspects of assessment and treatment.

Responsibilities

Developing treatment plans and executing treatments while considering discharge requirements, expected functional status post-discharge, and necessary equipment and resources.
Engaging in education, collaboration, and consultations with patients, families, and fellow healthcare providers; providing referrals to specialists when necessary.
Assigning tasks to assistants, technicians, and trainees through effective communication to ensure optimal patient care.
Maintaining accurate documentation as per departmental guidelines.
Conducting assessments, reassessments, and consultations for Occupational Therapy Services.
