- Functioning as an IT Business Analyst
- Immersing oneself into the business area so that you can evaluate their processes and procedures and find areas for improvement with enhanced technology.
- Document clearly through user stories and other documentation the as-is and to-be states such that management, users and developers can understand and envision the proposed state.
- Experience documenting user stories and managing progress using Azure DevOps.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure a functional application is delivered.
- Establish a rapport with stakeholders such that trust and confidence are built.
- Experience giving presentations to groups up to 20 people
- Experience with Microsoft SQL
- Experience with Accounting Systems/Concepts
- Experience with Agile or other iterative development methodologies
- Experience analyzing and improving Pension Systems
- Must be able to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, using the English language Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship
