These are your tasks with us

  • You acquire clients (M-DAX, medium-sized companies) for eightbit experts.
  • You understand the specific client situation, analyze it, and find the ideal solution using recruiting tools.
  • You are a contact person on equal footing for clients and experts during and beyond the project duration.
  • You have responsibility for revenue and results.
  • You expand client relationships. Our sales team is there to support you.

These are your competencies

  • You have at least one to two years of experience in sales/account management, preferably in the personnel or IT industry.
  • You enjoy working independently and value teamwork.
  • You are comfortable making phone calls and enjoy acquisition activities.
  • You find creative solutions and have empathy to understand your target groups.
  • You have fluent German and good English skills.
