To support our development, we are looking for a Team Manager M/F immediately on a permanent contract.Your tasks:
- Lead and coordinate teams of business managers.
- Guarantee data quality and the smooth running of the team.
- Position yourself as the preferred contact with customers.
Main responsibilities
Management
- Provide daytoday guidance to the team of business managers (set production targets and adapt load/capacity resources).
- Supervise operations for the teams under their responsibility (compliance with deadlines, SLAs, push tasks, tips...)
- Organize and plan team work
- Participate in the recruitment and training of new employees
- Conduct annual performance reviews and define objectives
- Support the development of your team's skills
- Analyze incidents and define corrective action plans
Reporting
- Prepare operational indicators and reports
- Participate actively in customer business reviews
- Lead performance meetings (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Carry out reports requested by customers.
What do we expect from our future recruit?
- BAC+3 in Sales Administration
- 5 to 10 years experience in leading operational teams.
- English native, French is a plus
Techniques and tools: ERP, Excel, language skills adapted to the teams concerned, oral and written communication.
- Ability to grow teams, conflict management, team management/animation.
- Litigation management, flow/process control.
- Skills in Recruitment, integration and training techniques.
Transversal: Autonomy, adaptability, collaboration, business knowledge, stress management.
