Overview

Arizona Materials, a part of Summit Materials, is seeking Groundman Laborers for our Aggregate division. This role involves maintaining plant operations and equipment to ensure seamless production.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Maintain plant cleanliness with shovels and hoses.
  • Perform general labor tasks like shoveling and sweeping.
  • Troubleshoot and fix maintenance issues promptly.
  • Conduct crusher repairs and basic plant maintenance.
  • Operate skid steers effectively.
  • Participate in cross-training initiatives for skill enhancement.

Skills & Experience

  • Ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • MSHA certification is a plus.
  • Prior experience in quarry/mining industries is advantageous.
