Pay:
$22-$26/hr depending on experience.

Degree or no degree.
You've previously held Driver Recruiter role, sorority or if you have a strong gut feeling that you can do this job. You're a direct, empathetic communicator.
You're comfortable with fastpaced growth.

Recruiting Responsibilities:

Work together with Operations, to ensure proper qualification and processing.
Ensure all drivers are properly trained, and have a clear understanding of the job description, and what is expected of them.
Responsible for driver safety orientation, verifying all training, has been completed, documented, and filed.
Work with Safety Manager and operations to ensure all standards are met.
Recruit and retain Owner Operator and Company Drivers.
Manage Orientation & Safety Training; support and enforce.
Follow up on new drivers progress to ensure proper integration into the company.

Sales Responsibilities:

Identify and establish relationship with new customers to diversity our customer base.
Ensure our relationship with our customers are in good standing and seeking routine feedbacks and implementing improvement projects.

Job Types:
