POSITION PURPOSE:

Tech will be exposed to different steps of manufacturing process inclusive of Assembly, Organization of Product, Surfacing Material, and Product Coating.

Employee will assist in assembly of product, with a primary focus on the PolyUrea Spray process. This position requires mechanical knowledge and ability work in a fast paced environment.

Surfacing Material:

As a step in the manufacturing process, employee will be required to clean an prep material for the spray process.

This includes labor required to mask off, and deburr parts as necessary.

Maintenance of Machinery:
Employee will be required to clean, maintain, keep an organized inventory of spare parts.

This includes but is not limited to:

Rebuilding of the spray gun, Rebuilding of the spray pump system, disposal of material and barrels, and rebuilding spray room.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Employee is required to have a valid driving license, and reliable, dependable method of transport to and from the workplace.
• Must be able to pick up a minimum of 50lbs along with squatting, bending and any other physical abilities to complete the job description.
• Employee will be required to wear a full spray suit and respirator while in Spray Booth.
• 1 Year minimum prefered working in a manufacturing environment utilizing PolyUrea coating as a coating option.
• 6 month minimum working in a manufacturing enviroment.

Must be Self Motivated, and Self Reliant to keep a safe and efficient workplace


Pay:
$ $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
