Marion Excavating Co., Inc. is looking to hire full-time construction site foreman. As a construction site foreman for Marion Excavating Co., Inc.

you will be expected to:

Be punctual, reliable, and have an excellent work ethic.
Experience of construction site work grading, utility, sewer, and drainage installation.
Experience with reading a set of plans, setting grades, running a project and crew on your own.
Experience operating a variety of equipment such as Front End Loaders, Backhoes, Skid Steers, Excavators, Dozers, Graders, etc.
You will be able to tolerate all outside working conditions and be willing to get out of the machine to do what it takes to get the job done.
You will be expected to take care of the machines with daily greasing and fueling.

The construction site foreman position receives competative wages based on experience. Our construction site foreman receives generous benefits such as health insurance, a matching 401k plan, and paid time off.

Licenses required for a construction foreman
OSHA 10 card

Valid Driver's License

Valid Hoisting License

Work Schedule
Monday to Friday 7am-3:30pm

Seasonal overtime is often available working late during the week or Saturdays 7am to noon.
