Title: Salesforce Delivery Manager – US/CAN

Experience: 16 to 20 years

Base Location: USA / CANADA

This is more of a Salesforce Delivery Manager role

Role Summary

Responsible for all deliveries made by Business Unit across multiple accounts.
Experience managing multiple Salesforce / SFDC project deliveries.
Techno-Manager profile
Collaborate with COE (Center of Excellence) team for Estimation and Innovation
Collaborate and identify right resources for innovation hub.
Collaborate with TA and HR to identify right set of candidates that could fit into JADE culture
Participates in project specific reviews with clients.
Ensure adequate offshore staffing for projects.
Conducts internal reviews of projects.
Ensure onshore collaboration leaders are in sync.
Work with account team for mining and delivery
Serve as a customer escalation point for all DU projects.
Responsible for US/CANADA/MEXICO based employee satisfaction.
Work closely with recruitment team to onboard talent
Drive innovation within team
Be up to speed on trends and encourage team to improve competency.
Review estimates for bids.
Engage with clients facilitating workshops to jointly develop understanding of their environment, synthesize findings, draw, and presents conclusions.
Ability to think on alternate proposals, Define/understand client expectations.
Develop and/or review Statements of Work and other contractual documents to ensure delivery excellence.
Develop and manage BU cost estimation tools.
Validate that closed contracts & change requests are fully processed.
