- Provide coverage rule review support to project directors and medical directors by monitoring CMS and relevant contractor websites for updates.
- Standardize decision letter language for projects according to CMS guidance.
- Manage Medicare coverage review policies in an internal database.
- Create and maintain ISO compliant work instructions and process documents.
- Coordinate activities between project directors/medical directors and adjudication team.
- Assist other departments as needed and directed.
- Generate reports and perform data entry tasks accurately.
- High School diploma with 4+ years of experience, or Associate degree with 2+ years' experience.
- Additional training or education may be preferred.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
