- Schedule appointments and track work order progress using company software
- Exterior maintenance knowledge is a must, i.e. Siding repairs, Roofing repairs, etc. Some construction experience and minor finish work is a plus
- Maintain high level of customer service interacting with internal/external clients
- Use of problem-solving techniques and analytical skills
- Use of a brand new company vehicle (Transit Van) to address maintenance work orders at various locations throughout the day
- Support team members, be a team player and be eager to learn
- Track expenses used at job sites
- Understanding of general maintenance processes and methods
- On-call rotation required
- Other duties as assigned
- Basic understanding of general maintenance and construction
- Must have attention to detail skills and excellent written communication skills
- Able to handle multiple priorities and prioritize effectively
- Flexible and skilled at working in a fast-paced environment
- Skilled at functioning independently and as a member of a cross-functional team
- Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds
- Valid Drivers License required
- Employees in this role must be able to sit, stand, walk, bend for prolonged periods.
- Ability to drive to and from a several locations during the day.
- This person must be able to carry and climb ladders and have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Location: This position will service all areas within the Middle Tennessee region and is based out of our Hendersonville, TN location.
