Tasks:

  • Ensuring the smooth condition of technical systems in the properties through proactive repairs and maintenance according to current regulations
  • Independent inspections, maintenance, testing, and repairs of building and electronic systems, including troubleshooting
  • Independent resolution of malfunctions and optimization of operations in the properties
  • Independent testing of portable and stationary systems according to DGUV regulation 3
  • Digital documentation of performed tasks via mobile devices

Your profile:

  • Education in the field of electrical engineering, for example as an electrician, energy systems electronics technician, specializing in operational technology, energy and building technology, or automation and system technology, or as an electrical installer
  • Customer-oriented, dedicated employees who value teamwork and reliability
  • Ideally with some professional experience, but also open to entry-level candidates
