Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Manufacturing of tools for stamping machines, step-transfer presses, and flow press systems
  • Maintenance, repair, and assembly of tools
  • Production of components using various machining methods
  • Machine maintenance according to a maintenance plan
  • Handling of hand tools such as files and saws
  • Operation and setup of manually and CNC-controlled machines for drilling, milling, turning, grinding, and eroding
  • Handling of materials, auxiliary materials, and operating materials
  • Dealing with hazardous substances and compliance with safety, health, accident prevention, and environmental protection regulations
