    Description

    C&A Psychiatry Faculty opening in Michigan - visa eligible Located in Saginaw, MI - 103 miles from Detroit; 28 miles from Midland Full-time, permanent opening Employed position Joining the Faculty team Fellowship trained in Child & Adolescence Controlled Substance license Must meet credentialing criteria Leadership or educational experience preferred This role includes resident and medical student education, as well as faculty clinic There is an opportunity for a formal educational position Opportunity to teach, treat and lead positive change throughout the region Time allocations for research and publishing Clinic located in a health care hub, featuring ambulatory and hospital settings Medium-sized city within a friendly community Low cost of living, ample housing, easy commute to large cities and international airport Vibrant local attractions and outdoor activities Flexibility to fit candidates into the appropriate setting for the development of candidate and success of the programThis is an academic faculty position in Child & Adolescence Psychiatry that will involve the candidate's choice of clinical psychiatry in inpatient, outpatient, and combined settings.

    Medical student and residency educational responsibilities are expected to be approximately 10% of the candidate's work effort for junior faculty, but for more seasoned educators this may be adjusted.
