Alleima Business Unit (BU) Medical is on an exciting growth journey. Lately, we have made two acquisitions and set up one site greenfield, and another one is currently being developed.

Being a truly global organization, we have manufacturing sites in Palm Coast, FL, Tucson, AZ (both US), Germany, Switzerland, and Italy (Europe), with a team spread over the world.

We are now looking for a production manager to our Palm Coast site._

Your Role
In this role, you will be responsible for the BU Medical production in Palm Coast. The demand for our products has increased during the last years.

An important focus for the role is to develop both our production processes and the managers and team members to succeed with our demanding growth plans.

Some of your responsibilities will be- Ensuring a safe working environment for everyone Clearly communicate strategy and goals, to ensure understanding of strategic direction Develop workflows to meet customer demand, production and financial targets Monitor production processes to identify areas of improvement and implement efficiency improvements. Analyze production data to track performance metrics and identify areas of improvementsBeing a manager for supervisors and flow leads, planning, and customer service you will be responsible for managing, developing, and growing your organization.

You will belong to the management team in Palm Coast and report to the Operations manager for BU Medical in NAFTA.

Additional Information
The position is located in Palm Coast, Florida. The role will require some travelling to Europe and to customers, mainly in NAFTA.
