Clinical Nutritionist - Outpatient

Per-Diem

Position Summary:

Position Skills/Requirements

Strong clinical, critical thinking and communication skills
Ability to take initiative, working independently and efficiently, with good time management skills

Responsibilities include:

Treating patients both inperson and virtually
Establishing and providing ongoing care
Postdischarge phone calls to patients diagnosed with malnutrition during their inpatient admission, and facilitating transition to outpatient care as needed
Experience with Epic preferred

Qualifications:

Required Credentials
Registered Dietitian (RD)

Certified Dietitian Nutritionist (CDN) in NY state

Masters degree, preferred

Benefits - not eligible

Other Requirements:
#LI-NR1 Pay Range - Minimum: USD $43.00/Hr

Pay Range - Maximum:
USD $45.00/Hr.
