    3rd Time Express, LLC - Station Manager Position in Charleston, WV

    Opportunity:

    • Logistics/Warehouse Manager
    • Location: Charleston, WV
    • Salary Range: $44,000 - $65,000 per year

    Purpose:

    To uphold 3rd Time Express' commitment to exceptional customer service and timely deliveries.

    Major Goals:

    • Coordinate logistics functions efficiently
    • Meet all Client's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
    • Lead, develop, and mentor direct reports

    Job Functions:

    As the Warehouse Manager, you will play a crucial role in our core logistics team, overseeing our warehouse operations, and managing a team of 9-12 employees.

    Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Coordinate inbound/outbound freight
    • Manage warehouse inventory
    • Organize customer deliveries
    • Optimize labor and resources for efficiency
    • Implement cost-saving strategies
    • Collaborate with departments for seamless logistics support
    • Ensure KPIs are met
    • Develop new strategies
    • Lead, mentor, and manage team members
    • Implement new policies and procedures
    • Communicate with stakeholders
    • Ensure quality, quantity, and customer satisfaction
    • Analyze data for process improvements
    • Ensure OSHA compliance
    • Conduct department meetings
    • Perform other assigned duties

    Knowledge and Skills:

    • 3+ years of logistics experience
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
    • Strong communication skills
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
    • Ability to work under pressure

    Requirements:

    • Pass background check and drug test
    • Clean DMV record
