Your tasks as a pedagogical employee for the development of integration assistance in Pantego, NC include:

Developing holistic concepts for tasks taken on by member organizations, such as family support services, disabled transportation services, and autism therapy offerings, in order to create uniform living conditions throughout Westfalen-Lippe
Connecting outpatient services to the LWL's performance system through planning and conceptual design, concept evaluation, and application review
Collecting and preparing data on outpatient services
Supporting negotiations and cost agreements with providers, and concluding performance and remuneration agreements
Coordinating a working group for quality assurance of outpatient services, including handling complaints
Cooperating and networking with member organizations, selfhelp associations, and umbrella organizations for service providers
Participating in expert committees, working groups, and conferences

Your responsibilities also include:

Initiating, accompanying, and evaluating project work for the further development of integration assistance, particularly in regards to outpatient counseling services and services (contact and counseling centers, FuD, disabled transportation services, etc.)
Promoting collaborations with universities and colleges for projects and research assignments, as well as accompanying projects by service providers, testing the application of project ideas, and assessing their impact

Your profile:

A completed (university) degree in social work/social pedagogy with state recognition
Or a completed degree in general administration for the first entry level (formerly higher nontechnical administrative service) as
