Responsibilities


Utilize your experience as a long-time consultant, banker, or financial analyst to take on project responsibilities and lead project teams.

Acquiring new projects will also be a key part of your role. Your colleagues will also assist in acquiring projects and promoting your expertise. As a partner, you will work closely with the management team to serve our clients. You will also take on organizational tasks and collaborate with other team members to sustainably increase the company's competitiveness.

  • Support the management team in daytoday operations
  • Coordinate communication with entrepreneurs and banks regarding financing matters
  • Manage team members and projects
  • Plan and organize marketing activities
  • Coordinate and prepare meetings
  • Responsible for administrative tasks

Profile:
What You Should Bring

  • Minimum of 35 years of experience in corporate and real estate financing
  • Ability to communicate effectively with small and mediumsized businesses and bankers
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit and enthusiasm for the middle market and real estate
  • Good personal network in the industry
  • Fluent in German/English (Turkish would be an advantage)
