- Unload materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles and stack them to assigned places
- Identify damages and report the damages or quality deficiencies
- Inspect machinery to determine the need for repairs and guarantee safety by performing regular maintenance
- Keep updated records of inventory and activity logs
- Comply with company policies and legal guidelines
- Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities
- Moving of boats from dry storage unit to water safely
- Maintains awareness of safety issues and reports them immediately to supervisor
- Other duties as assigned by management
- Must have a positive attitude.
- Must have highly effective communication skills and time management skills.
- Must be able to maintain a calm, positive attitude during periods of high activity.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Basic water safety skills
- Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Must be able to work flexible hours on the needs of the property.
- General accounting knowledge and basic understanding of financial statements.
