In order to continue providing our customers with the perfect service, we are currently looking for:


Your responsibilities:


  • Independent processing of procurement; obtaining, reviewing and processing offers
  • Order processing using SAP B1, performance monitoring and, if necessary, handling of complaints including monitoring of timely remediation
  • Review and processing of prerecorded invoices
  • Selection, communication and coordination of suppliers and external service providers
  • Conclusion of framework contracts, quantity contracts; annual and project price negotiations together with the departments

Your profile:


  • Successfully completed commercial training or completed business studies with at least three years of professional experience in purchasing
  • Proficient in all MS Office products and solid SAP user knowledge
  • Independent, careful and goal and resultsoriented work style
  • Confident, customeroriented demeanor combined with strong communication and negotiation skills
