Hello, I am looking for a carpenter in Bishop, TX to help me with a project at my home. I have a window with a wooden box covered in aluminum inside, which lets in a lot of air and is also affected by woodworm. So I was thinking of disabling and covering this box, and installing an external shutter facing the street, I believe they are called block shutters. The job would involve installing this new shutter and closing the gap in my house, removing the old shutter.
