Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to oversee the operations of our branch. The Branch Manager will be responsible for managing a team, building customer relationships, and driving sales growth. This is a leadership role that requires strong communication and organizational skills.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage daytoday operations of the branch, including staff supervision, scheduling, and performance management
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Drive sales growth by implementing effective sales strategies and promoting financial products and services
  • Provide guidance and support to staff on loan origination, mortgage servicing, cash handling, and cash management processes
  • Monitor branch performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall branch efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience in relationship management, customer service, underwriting, upselling, financial sales, cash handling, cash management, sales management
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance standards
