Our customer is looking for a Accredited Special Education Educator in Bergen County. This might extend to the 24-25 school year. You must hold a Special Education certification with the NJ Department of Education.

Customer's Working Hours:

Monday through Friday

DESCRIPTION OF THE OPPORTUNITY:

Follow lesson plans provided by the lead teacher following the District's philosophy and objectives. Return educational materials.
Teach and guide students at designated locations and times.
Use positive communication methods that support learning.
Exhibit non-discriminatory behaviors in all interactions.
Maintain confidentiality on all student, staff, or parent/guardian information in public settings.
Fulfill other assigned tasks by program/building administrator(s) following school policies.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:

NJ PreK-3 Teaching Certification and NJ TOH or TOSD Certification
NJ Department of Education Fingerprints, Specialized Math Certification or Math teaching experience
Ability to follow written and oral instructions
Build effective relationships with colleagues
Proficiency in managing classroom effectively
Ability to provide instructions in the lead teacher's absence
