Privately-owned physical therapy practice is looking for a team member to assist as a physical therapy aide as well as to help with front office.

The position requires someone who is flexible and can multi-task and assist throughout the clinic as we grow. We specialize in outpatient orthopedics & sports medicine, and pride ourselves in giving great care in a relaxed environment.

We want applicants who are friendly, energetic, and able to multi-task, and who will make a fantastic first impression with those who contact our office.

A great personality in person and on the phone is a must we want people to see your smile in person and through the phone.

Front Office Duties include:_

Scheduling patients

Verifying benefits

Posting payments

Point of service collections

Accounts receivable

Physical Therapy Aide Duties Include:_

Work directly with Physical Therapists and Assistants on all clients/patients

Guide patients/clients through exercise and training progressions

Administer appropriate modalities as directed by the physical therapist

Maintain an efficient, safe and clean work environment, laundry, general cleaning

Marketing Duties include:_

Updating social media

Maintaining relationships with Physician offices

Internal marketing campaigns

Strong decision-making skills and attention to detail

Ability to multi-task, take initiative and anticipate needs of others

Ability to project a positive, warm and professional image in person and on the phone

Reliable and prompt

Proficient with computers
