Responsibilities:


  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary
  • Maintain office filing systems and ensure documentation is organized and up to date
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings, and coordinate conference room bookings
  • Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking
  • Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels
  • Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as assigned

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as an office assistant, administrative assistant, or in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with mínimal supervision
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Basic office knowledge and familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and copiers
  • Knowledge of basic office equipment and procedures
  • Proficiency in using office software and tools, including document management systems and electronic filing systems

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time


Pay:
$ $21.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
