    Family Medicine Physician

    to join our team at our

    Allendale, MI

    primary care clinic near Grand Valley State University campus

    .


    In this role, you will work alongside other Physicians and APP's caring for the patients of Allendale, surrounding communities, and college campus.

    Work a four-day work week with EPIC EMR and 3 Physician and 3 Advanced Practice Provider colleagues. Team-based care is supplemented by a behavioral health specialist, care manager, medical assistants and experienced operations manager. Take advantage of the resources and referral base offered from the larger Corewell Health system

    Qualifications
    Required - bachelor's degree
    BE/BC Family/Internal Medicine
    LIC-Physician (MD) - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required Or
    LIC-Osteopathic Physician (DO) - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required
    CRT-DEA Registration - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required
    CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association 120 Days required Or
    CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross 120 Days required
    CRT-Adv Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - AHA American Heart Association If required by specialty or stress test performed 120 Days required
