- Minimum 5 years as a Project Manager
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or a similar field of study.
- Working knowledge of relevant standards such as PHMSA Part 195, ASME B31.3/4, API 650/653, and NFPA.
- Communication, analytical, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels within the organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for word processing, spreadsheet calculations, project scheduling, and presentation development.
- Preferred prior experience in chemical storage terminals, with expertise in mechanical, civil, or electrical engineering disciplines.

responsibilities:
- Manage and execute projects through all phases, including project budgeting, development, construction, commissioning, and completion, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and regulatory requirements.
- Serve as an onsite project engineer, providing construction management support and facilitating communication between consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Review and evaluate designs based on Company Standards, making professional judgments to ensure project compliance.
- Ensure projects are carried out under Project Management requirements, regulatory standards, and statutory requirements.
- Demonstrate excellent stakeholder management skills, fostering effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop project scopes, cost estimates, and schedules, utilizing knowledge of project Front End Loading (FEL) processes for project identification and option selection.
- Lead onsite construction management activities, coordinating with Operations to develop operational, maintenance, and start-up procedures.
- Develop material and construction bid packages, including drawings, specifications, work scopes, and schedules, and lead external multi-disciplinary teams as a technical leader.
- Apply economic evaluations to optimize project outcomes, identifying cost savings, profit improvements, and operational enhancements.
- Provide technical guidance to operating personnel, lead project incident investigations, and communicate project progress and results effectively to internal stakeholders.
- Support the Department's safety, health, and environmental policies, acting as a proactive leader in safety matters and adhering to the Management of Change process for documentation and equipment changes.
- Prepare reports for internal customers, including senior management, and manage procurement processes, including submitting purchase requests and overseeing the timely processing of invoices. #LI-AL1
