Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Independently gather requirements from various departments and develop concepts, oversee implementation, and introduce the ERP system solution
  • Plan and conduct software tests, document relevant information, and validate results
  • Develop training concepts, conduct training sessions for users, and act as a knowledgeable point of contact for any questions or issues
  • Manage master data and related processes, working closely with departments to ensure smooth integration and use of data
  • Coordinate and manage collaboration with external software partners to ensure company requirements are met
