Description

The Federal Office in Mainz is currently seeking a PART-TIME (35 HOURS/WEEK) COORDINATOR FOR VICTIM HOTLINE (M/F/D) for the Central Volunteer Services department.

This position is permanent and the ideal candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:


  • Supervising volunteer counselors online and at the Mainz and Essen locations
  • Coordinating the selection process and training of volunteer counselors
  • Organizing team meetings and training events
  • Conducting presentations for the WEISSER RING Academy and collaborating with external trainers and supervisors
  • Ensuring quality control and managing the budget
  • Participating in public relations and working with European victim support organizations

Qualifications:

  • Completed degree in a relevant social science field or equivalent qualification
  • Empathetic personality with strong social skills and the ability to work well with others
