  • You lead and cooperatively and goalorientedly manage the employees of the Personnel Transformation team
  • You further develop useroriented and digitized personnel processes and significantly shape the transformation of personnel management in all areas of the company
  • You ensure efficient quality management for the personnel department
  • Together with our project management, you initiate the planned system change for our personnel management system and implement it convincingly through your professional expertise
