- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
- U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required; we are not able to sponsor at this time.
- 4+ years of experience in Mobile Network Architecture, platforms (HLR, HSS, MME, PGW, PCRF, GGSN, OCS, OTA, IMS).
- 3+ years of experience in monitoring tools like CACTI.
- 3+ years of working experience of packet capture tools like Wireshark.
- 4years of IT experience in Docsis.
- Experience in basic SQL query.
- Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle.
- Experience in Unix/Linux server management.
