Responsibilities

Client Acquisition:
Identify and reach out to potential clients to introduce our insurance services and generate new business.

Needs Assessment:
Conduct thorough assessments of clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions.

Policy Sales:
Present insurance options to clients and explain the benefits and features of each policy.

Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and assistance.

Market Research:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities.

Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policies sold, and follow-up activities.


Requirements:


Insurance License:
Must possess a valid P&C insurance license in the state of Texas.

Sales Experience:
Previous experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.

Excellent Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.

Customer Service Orientation:
A genuine desire to help clients and provide exceptional customer service.
