Responsibilities:

Planning, organizing, and executing garden and landscape construction projects
Managing and coordinating construction sites, as well as scheduling personnel and resources
Monitoring construction execution for quality, adherence to deadlines, and cost control
Acting as a point of contact for clients, architects, and suppliers
Ensuring compliance with occupational safety and environmental protection guidelines

Requirements:

Completed training as a landscape gardener, master gardener, or equivalent qualification in the field of garden and landscape construction
Several years of professional experience in a similar position, ideally as a project manager
Thorough knowledge of planning and implementing garden and landscape construction projects
Strong leadership skills and ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
Independent, structured, and reliable work ethic
Class B driver's license
