Summary of Job:


The Associate Product Manager Rare Disease Marketing is responsible for the coordination and scheduling of promotional materials designed to achieve US sales objectives.

Responsibilities will include coordinating promotional programs and materials for the current US Rare Disease indications, X-Linked Hypophosphatemia and Tumor Induced Osteomalacia.

The position will be responsible for leading the planning and flawless execution of PRC material reviews, managing print and fulfillment for the Rare Disease Marketing team, and the dissemination of branded and unbranded digital communications.

These responsibilities will involve working collaboratively with cross functional matrix teams, managing external agencies and ensuring the alignment of stakeholders.


Essential Functions:


  • Collaborates with Agencies and project owner on the submission and review of promotional pieces to the Promotion Review Committee (PRC) and ensuring a smooth and compliant process.
  • In collaboration with Veeva job owners, the Associate Product Manager, Rare Disease Marketing, prioritizes PRC reviews pieces across franchise and develops biweekly meeting agenda.
  • In collaboration with Sales and TLL team, manages local and regional sponsorships.
  • Leads production and fulfillment for the Rare Disease Team
  • In collaboration with the Digital COE to plan and execute creative assets dissemination for representativetriggered digital communications and associated training.
  • In collaboration with TLL and sales team, manages local and regional sponsorships.
  • Supports HCP Marketing team and TLLs in planning and execution of National Conferences.
  • Develops a realtime franchise calendar to coordinate all franchise marketing programs and distribute to appropriate stakeholders.
  • Works with the franchise Directors and Agencies to help prioritize and schedule brand projects to avoid scheduling conflicts and ensure timely execution.
  • Coordinates and develops agendas for regular franchise meetings including Marketing team meetings, AOR status, digital reporting, and brand planning meetings.

Job Requirements:

Education
Bachelor's Degree


Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical (preferably rare disease) marketing experience
  • Experience in submitting and obtaining approvals with a Promotion Review Committee (PRC).
  • Excellent social competencies and ability to work in a highly matrixed organization effectively and efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong ability to build and cultivate relationships within internal and external networks.
  • Strong operational skills and project/ timeline management capabilities
  • Detailoriented and excellent followthrough.
  • Digital technical skills (preferred)

Technical Skills
Proficient in MS Office Suite.

Physical Demands:
Normal office environment with prolonged sitting and extensive computer work. Ability to lift, carry and otherwise move up to 25 pounds

Working Conditions:
Requires up to 10% domestic travel. Remote position with occasional on-site meetings.
