Description
Were looking to hire a chef to run the kitchen and cook the brunch and lunch offerings at our caf in Kings Heath, Birmingham. We are a young business, that has established a reputation locally for our creative dishes. In the past 12 months we have grown significantly and have real plans to expand further, moving to a larger premise and potentially a second site, so we are looking for the right person to be a part of our growth and to help us to achieve those goals.
The team are made up of young, ambitious, passionate chefs who are constantly striving to innovate and improve. The right candidate should be able to fit into that team. We are inspired by the caf & coffee culture in Melbourne, Australia, and its something we have consciously tried to bring to our business. The right candidate should have experience of working in this culture or appreciation and interest in caf life.
Please note this is a specific job for a chef to cook our savoury dishes, this is not a pastry chef role.

Essential Requirements * At least 5 years experience in reputable, high volume kitchens
