Warehouse Associate Position at SHI International Corp.

The Warehouse Associate role is essential for the success of our organization's operations. This entry-level position plays a vital part in ensuring the accurate delivery of hardware-based solutions.

As a Warehouse Associate, you'll be involved in various tasks such as picking, packing, shipping, verifying, checking in, labeling, stocking customer products, and loading outbound orders. Working alongside other warehouse employees, you will help in receiving, storing, and shipping products safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Load and unload inbound/outbound deliveries
Document and label inbound inventory accurately
Organize stock and packages for purchase orders
Verify and prepare orders for shipping
Process orders in the shipping system
Create packing slips and labels
Assist in palletized shipments
Pack orders according to company standards
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
Computer operating skills in a Windows-based platform

Required Skills:

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented and efficient task completion
Work independently or as part of a team
Demonstrate initiative and follow feedback
Strong communication skills
Multi-tasking abilities

Preferred Qualifications/Skills:

Experience in warehouse roles or inventory management
Familiarity with MS Office applications
Industrial power equipment operation skills

Unique Requirements:

Possibility of overtime and weekend work
Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs, bend, walk, and stand for extended periods

Additional Information:

The hourly pay range for this position is $17.00 - $22.00 with additional benefits including but not limited to medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending. The compensation is based on skills, experience, and location.
