Owner, Chef Remy, prepares most recipes fresh daily and we uniquely offer European tableside service. We believe in giving our customers an outstanding dining experience.


Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages to customers
• Create unique and innovative cocktail recipes
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Take orders, process payments, and operate the cash register
• Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders for catering events or banquets

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a mixologist or bartender preferred
• Knowledge of various alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages, brewing techniques, and mixology principles
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact with a diverse clientele
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Basic math skills for cash handling and retail calculations
• Familiarity with food service and hospitality industry standards
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects as needed

Pay:
$ $22.00 per hour
