Responsibilities

• Processing of accounts receivable and accounts payable, including payment runs and dunning processes
• Processing of fixed asset accounting
• Review, coding, and posting of all relevant accounting documents (e.g. bank, cash)
• Review and preparation of VAT returns and Intrastat declarations
• Preparation of various reports, taking on controlling tasks
• Support of the commercial management, close collaboration with sales
• Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements according to German GAAP (HGB)
• Collaboration with tax advisors and financial authorities

• Successfully completed commercial education, preferably as a financial accountant
