Requirements:

Real Estate License Required (we have a school and can help there)**:

• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to drive a boat preferred but not required
• You have been successful in your former life.

Responsibilities:

• Understand the local real estate market and its trends.
• Provide guidance to clients on how to purchase, sell, or rent property.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with buyers and sellers.
• Conduct research on properties and assess their value.
• Provide advice to clients on mortgages, financing, and other related matters.
• Stay uptodate with changes in the real estate market.
• Develop marketing strategies to promote properties.
• Maintain client relationships.
• Use programs like app files, tool kit, lofty, etc

Pay:
$80, $720,000.00 per year
