Harmony Behavioral Health is an ABA (Applied Behavioral Analysis) therapy company providing 1:1 service for children and adolescents diagnosed with autism and other developmental disabilities.

We are seeking a friendly, welcoming, detail-oriented individual to fill an entry-level receptionist role at our facility in North Phoenix.

Our center location is 16620 N. 40th Street, Suite H4, Phoenix AZ 85032.

Pay Range:
$17 - $23/HR based on experience


Receptionist Responsibilities:


  • Ensure smooth opening and closing of the facility, Mon-Fri and provide front desk coverage during office hours in a timely fashion.
  • Answer/log phone calls in the electronic system.
  • Monitor front desk/welcome all clients and visitors.
  • Receive and distribute daily mail.
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, scanning, copying, faxing, laminating, etc.
  • Assist in maintaining client and employee records and certifications.
  • Assist in the setup and distribution of employee devices according to HBH Policy.
  • Assist in reminders for staff: timesheets, trackers, supervision trackers
  • Commitment to maintain client confidentiality and adhere to HIPPA laws.
  • Support with scheduling appointments between therapists, clients, clinicians and administrators (including small daily changes, interviews, etc.)
  • Help plan, organize and schedule company meetings occurring in the office, offsite, and via video conference.
  • Ensure optimal operation of office equipment, supplies, and inventories, and help maintain a neat and safe environment.
  • Ability to work with teams and demonstrate flexibility when changes occur.

Receptionist Requirements & Qualifications:


  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Prior administrative or clerical experience preferred
  • Willingness to learn and to grow with the company
  • Organization/ability to multitask
  • Verbal and written communication
  • Attention to detail
  • Professional

Pay:
$ $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
