MIMS GROUP is searching for a dynamic leader to join our team, someone with a strong drive and sense of purpose. With over a century of experience in the industry, we are pioneers in our field. The selected candidate will take on the responsibility of servicing our current base of 2,000 business clients, while also cultivating new relationships to expand our clientele through referrals and leads. Additionally, you will lead a small team in these endeavours, becoming an expert in training and eventually transitioning into the role of Agency Director by mastering our systems and processes. This position offers a competitive weekly salary range of $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year.
