    We are seeking an exceptional Restaurant General Manager to oversee all aspects of operations for an upscale restaurant in Baton Rouge. This restaurant is known for it's exceptional service, world class cocktails and wines, and an elevated menu. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has a passion for the restaurant industry and wants to join a great team with opportunities for growth and great work-life balance.

    Compensation: $60,000-$70,000 base (Commensurate with Experience) + medical benefits, PTO, and more

    Requirements:

    • 2+ years of Restaurant Management experience
    • Hiring, training, and developing restaurant staff
    • Strong leadership ability
    • Exceptional customer service
    • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
