    Description

    Summary:

    You will be responsible for coordinating marketing plans between Company's B2B Channel Marketing and our reseller partners with a focus on partner relationship management, brand standard adherence, and timely proof-of-performance and invoice payment.

    As a member of this team, you will be supporting our fast-paced enterprise business solutions and small business campaigns to be scaled through our extended sales force.


    Responsibilities:

    Working with Partners to design and develop marketing campaigns that achieve our joint objectives and fit within our resource allocations Develop, write, and coordinate marketing briefs and business cases for internal campaign approvals Project manage delivery of creative assets (visuals, copy, etc) in compliance with Company's Brand guidelines and legal approvals Manage and report campaign KPIs, and collect proof-of-performance for campaign payment Partner with Channel Sales and B2B Campaign Strategy team and support Channel Marketing senior management Top 3 Skill Sets Prior experience designing and delivering marketing campaigns with B2B channel distribution or resellers Prior experience executing multi-tactic campaigns including email, social, media, training, and events Prior experience processing vendor proof-of-performance or marketing claims/invoicing Bachelor's Degree required 3-5 years of directly related experience is required Requirements: Creative: Ability to deliver on innovative projects creating efficiency along the way Collaborative: Ability to work closely with SMEs, gain business acumen, and understand what is needed to drive success in a timely manner Adaptable: Ability to switch gears due to the demand of the business in order to meet new deadlines and objectives Thorough: Ability to manage multiple workstreams with detail and completion Necessary Skills and Attributes: Ability to work cooperatively and build strong relationships with peers and senior leadership locally and globally sharing ideas and developing effective business processes in support of the company mission.

    Ability to collaborate and be comfortable dealing with ambiguity, influencing across multiple complex organizations, creating effective business partnerships. Polished interpersonal skills, including strong verbal and written communication skills in local market language.


    Compensation:
    The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements)
