    Collaborate closely with leadership to develop an annual marketing planExecute marketing plan throughout the yearCollect on-the-job photo and video content for marketing purposesMaintain, optimize, and post content on company social media accountsAssist in analyzing return on investment and comparing sales and call lead volume to budgets to determine the most efficient marketing campaignsAssist in collaborating with and overseeing our 3rd party digital marketing vendorAssist in the design and management of email, direct mail, SMS, and online digital marketing campaignsAssist in the creation, design, and distribution of printed marketing materialsAssist in the oversight of new website designResearch competition to stay current on industry products and servicesDevelop marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing customersMaintain a positive brand image to the communityAssess current marketing and advertisement trends and determine most effective marketing strategiesAssist in recruiting efforts as neededMarketing Coordinator Job RequirementsThe Marketing Coordinator should possess the following experience, skills, characteristics, and abilities:Positive attitudeComputer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and design softwareTime management and highly organized to meet deadlines and accomplish company goalsExceptional follow-through capabilityInnovative and creativeStrong attention to detailStrong verbal and written communicationWork well in team environment and with other company personnel to accomplish organizational goalsJudgment, tact, and initiative to identify and solve problemsConfident, action-oriented, and quick-thinkerAbility to multi-taskExcellent interpersonal skillsProfessional AppearanceStrong Work Ethic
