    They are seeking a talented and experienced

    Senior Compliance Specialist


    to join their growing team and play a pivotal role in ensuring our operations adhere to industry best practices and regulatory requirements.


    Senior Compliance Specialist Key Responsibilities:

    Compliance Expertise:
    Leverage your broad experience in compliance, with a primary focus on the banking and payments sector. Stay up-to-date with evolving regulations, standards, and industry best practices.

    Privacy and Data Security:
    Develop, implement, and maintain a robust privacy and data security compliance framework. Ensure adherence to data protection laws, including GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant regulations.

    Regulatory Analysis:
    Conduct comprehensive regulatory analysis to assess the impact on the organization. Proactively advise management on necessary changes and ensure policies and procedures align with evolving requirements.

    C ompliance Monitoring:
    Establish and manage a comprehensive compliance monitoring program, including ongoing risk assessments, audits, and compliance testing. Identify areas of non-compliance and develop corrective action plans.

    Policy Development:
    Assist in the development, revision, and implementation of compliance policies and procedures. Ensure alignment with the organization's goals and regulatory obligations.

    Senior Compliance Specialist Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in finance, law, business, or a related field. Advanced degree and relevant certifications (e.g., CRCM, CAMS) are a plus.
    Minimum 5-7 years of demonstrated experience in compliance, with a strong emphasis on the banking and payments space.
    In-depth knowledge of privacy and data security regulations, including GDPR, CCPA, and industry-specific requirements.
    Familiarity with regulatory authorities and a network of contacts within the compliance industry.
    Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing regulatory environment and proactively identify compliance risks.
