The Social Association Germany is a non-profit organization with over members in the state association of Schleswig-Holstein. The SoVD is active in social counseling and support. Over 150 employees work in 15 counseling centers and the own recreation center in Büsum, supporting members in social law matters. They assist with application and enforcement of claims against authorities - especially in pension, health, accident, and long-term care insurance, as well as all matters related to disability law.

Your responsibilities:

  • Managing and coordinating a social counseling center with 6 employees
  • Implementing processes in the social counseling center
  • Counseling and representing members in social law application and appeal procedures
  • Close collaboration with the state management and volunteers on site
  • Participation in internal and external events of the association

Your profile:

  • Fully qualified lawyer or completed degree in the social field
  • Ideally several years of professional and managerial experience
  • Knowledge of administrative processes in the social sector
  • Ideally, in-depth knowledge of application and appeal procedures
  • Communication and teamwork skills
  • Independent and structured way of working
  • Identification with the non-profit association's goals and tasks
