    Procurement Manager


    Overview:


    We are seeking a seasoned Procurement Manager with a strong background in procurement and inventory management, specifically within the medical services domain.

    This role demands adaptability and agility to thrive in a dynamic environment shaped by recent organizational changes and expansions.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Relationship Management:
    Cultivate and sustain robust partnerships with pharmaceutical and sundry product suppliers. Lead negotiations to secure advantageous contracts while ensuring quality and cost-efficiency.

    Optimization:
    Develop and enforce inventory control protocols to maintain optimal stock levels, minimize wastage, and mitigate risks.

    Integration:
    Identify and implement technology solutions to bolster inventory management processes and procurement efficiency.

    Approach:
    Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate inventory control measures and procurement strategies into operational workflows.

    and Quality Assurance:
    Uphold adherence to industry regulations and standards, particularly those governing pharmaceutical procurement in the healthcare sector.


    Additional Responsibilities:

    External Stakeholder Engagement:
    Foster and manage relationships with external partners and stakeholders.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or related fields required. Additional qualifications such as a master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CPIM) are advantageous.
    3-5 years of experience in procurement and inventory management, with a preference for healthcare, medical services, or pharmaceutical sectors.


    Skills and Abilities:
    Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
    Written and verbal communication skills.
    Organizational and project management abilities, adept at multitasking and time management.
    Mindset with the capability to navigate complex organizational structures.
    Developing and implementing communication strategies.
    Resilient, and dedicated to achieving exceptional results.
