Description
Install miscellaneous steel stairs, rails and various components.- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to determine layout and dimensions of structures
- Measure, cut, and shape metal components using hand tools, power tools
- Assemble and install steel components according to specifications
- Weld or bolt connections to secure structural components in place
- Previous experience with installing steel stairs and railings. or in a similar role preferred
- Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings
- Knowledge of different types of welding processes, and ability to operate welding equipment
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and machinery used in metalworking
- Ability to accurately measure and use tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require bending, lifting heavy objects, working at heights, and standing for long periods of time
Pay:
$ $30.00 per hour
Expected hours:
No less than 40 per week
